Low-Carbon
Chung Hsing Low-Carbon Multi-Level Parking Garage
Chung Hsing Low-Carbon Multi-storey car park
The Chung Hsing Low-Carbon Parking Facility was originally designed with sustainability at its core, incorporating EV charging stations, rainwater recycling, and a naturally ventilated, temperature-regulating architectural design to minimize environmental impact.
With this project, in addition to integrating cutting-edge energy-efficient parking management technology, we are partnering with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and other leading institutions to conduct a comprehensive carbon audit. By precisely measuring greenhouse gas emissions, we will introduce advanced renewable energy solutions and energy-saving innovations to further reduce the facility’s carbon footprint.
Our ultimate goal is to achieve carbon-neutral operations by the fourth year, positioning it as Taiwan’s first fully carbon-neutral multi-level parking facility and setting a new benchmark for sustainable urban infrastructure.
Our Efforts Toward a Sustainable and Carbon-Neutral Parking Facility
Install energy storage cabinets to store off-peak electricity for charging stations and peak power supply.
Implement a real-time energy-saving display to visualize energy conservation and carbon reduction.
Install solar panels on the rooftop to generate renewable energy.
Upgrade all rooftop lights to LED solar-powered lights for enhanced energy efficiency.
Utilize a rainwater recycling system for irrigation.
Measure carbon emissions from the start of parking facility operations and track carbon reduction after energy-saving installations.
